country. The central plains of Chattisgarh are known as the "Rice Bowl" of Central India and also has over 200
non-timber forest products with tremendous potential for value addition. It has the densest forests in India
and rich wildlife. Come and explore virgin and ecological attractions of the state with wildlife of Madhya Pradesh from where this newly state ,Chattisgarh was carved out on November 1, 2000.
Day 01 Delhi
Transfer from International airport to Hotel .
Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 02 Delhi - Raipur
Morning departure transfer to the Domestic Airport to leave for Raipur.
Arrive and check in at Hotel.
After lunch excursion to Sirpur, on the bank of river Mahanadi. It was the capital of Shravanpuri kings
belonging to Pandu Dynasty. Visit The Buddhist Vihars, Swastik Vihars, Gandeshwar Mahadev temple, Museum and
Laxman temple - is one of finest brick temple of the country. It is unique with its exquisite carvings and
precise construction with terrific symmetry. The temple was believed to be constructed in 650A.D.

Day 03 Raipur - Kawardha
Morning excursion to Rajim.
It is a virtuous place and called Prayag of Chattisgarh located at the Confluence of river Mahanadi, river
Poiri and river Soundur. Visit the Temple Rajeev Lochan, Kuleshwar Mahadev and Rajeshwar temple.
After early lunch leave by road for the former Princely State of Kawardha. Upon arrival check-in at Kawardha
Palace. Afternoon familiarization tour of the Palace and nearby cultural sites including the captivating
Bhoramdeo Temple complex. Return to the Palace at sunset followed by a welcome drink to meet the royal family
with traditional Chattisgarhi dance and dinner.
Overnight stay at Kawardha Palace.
Day 04 Kawardha
After breakfast, a well-versed Palace guide will accompany you on an introduction to the secrets of Kawardha's
little-known natural and tribal world. You will meet the gentle and friendly Baiga people, the principal
indigenous forest tribe. Enjoy picnic lunch with them. In the evening return to the Palace and after wash and
change proceed for the dinner

with the royal family.

Day 05 Kawardha - Kanha
Morning drive to Kanha. Upon arrival check in at hotel. Kanha's sal and bamboo forests, rolling grasslands and
meandering streams stretch over 940 sq km in dramatic natural splendor which form the core of the Kanha Tiger
Reserve created in 1974 under Project Tiger.
Afternoon jeep safari to visit Kanha National park.

Day 07 Kanha - Bandhavgarh
Morning jeep safari to visit Kanha National Park.
After early breakfast drive to Bandhavgarh.
Upon arrival at Bandhavgarh, check in at Hotel.
This is a small National Park, compact, yet full of game. The density of the Tiger population at Bandhavgarh is the highest known in India .This is also White Tiger country. These have been found in the old state of Rewa for many years. The last known was captured by Maharajah Martand Singh in 1951. This White Tiger, Mohun, is now stuffed and on display in the palace of the Maharajahs of Rewa.Overnight stay at Hotel .
Day 08 Bandhavgarh - Umaria - Delhi
Morning jeep safari to visit Bandhavgarh National Park.
Afternoon Elephant safari to visit Bandhavgarh National park.
After early dinner ,departure transfer to Umaria railway station to board an overnight Train - Kalinga Utkal
Express which departs for Delhi at 20.25hrs.
Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 09 Delhi
Arrive at 13.30hrs. and transfer from railway station to hotel.
Evening Cultural Show and Dinner.

Day 10 Delhi
Morning half day city tour of Old Delhi visiting Raj Ghat - The Mausoleum of Mahatma Gandhi. Jama Masjid - the biggest Mosque in India and drive past Red Fort and tricycle tour of Chandini Chowk.
Afternoon half day city tour of New Delhi. Drive past President House, Parliament House (House of
Representatives) and India Gate - War Memorial (stop for photography), Qutab Minar - 72.55 meters, high Victory Tower, onto Bahai Temple (lotus temple) Humayun's Tomb - built of red sandstone and is a first substantial example of the Mughal architecture, Laxmi Narayan Temple - a modern Hindu temple built by the Birlas, leading Indian industrialists. Evening transfer to international airport to fly back home/onward destination.
