Day 02 Mumbai
Morning visit Elephanta Caves .

Earlier known as Gharapuri, the island capital of Konkan Mauryas is famous for its beautiful caves. These caves are located on a small island of Gharapuri, in the Arabian sea near Mumbai. The caves date back to 6th century A.D. and is a collection of shrines, courtyards, inner cells, grand halls and porticos arranged in the splendid symmetry of Indian rock-cut architecture, and filled with exquisite stone sculptures of Hindu Gods and Goddesses, especially devoted to Lord Shiva. At the entrance of the cave is the famous Trimurti, the Creator: Brahma, the Protector: Vishnu and the Destroyer: Shiva all three in unison. Other than this most of the sculptures denote Lord Shiva in his various moods and forms.

Afternoon visit Mumbai (Bombay) the commercial capital of India. Although Buddhist and Hindu dynasties ruled the region until around the 13th century, there were only scattered settlements on the island. Once, a sultry tropical archipelago cluster of seven islands, the British developed Bombay merging the seven islands into one. Gateway of India built to commemorate the royal visit of George V and Queen Mary in 1911, the Prince of Wales Museum housing collection of Indo Saracenic architecture, Flora Fountain, Victoria Terminus, Malabar Hill and Mani Bhavan (Gandhi Home) are the places to visit.

Day 03 Bhuj
Morning transfer to airport to leave by air for Bhuj

Arrive Bhuj-Capital City of Kutch district and famous for its handicrafts and colourful fabrics and the wild Ass in the rann of Kutch.

Transfer to Hotel

Afternoon visit Kutch Museum and Aina Mahal.

Day 04 Bhu j- Banni villages - Bhuj
Full day visit to Banni Villages-famous for its embroidery and handicrafts like block printed fabrics, painted pottery, ethnic silver jewellery and beadwork bags. Ivory and Rosewood inlay is used to fashion souvenirs like nutcrackers, paper knives, handles for walking sticks etc.

The interiors of a typical Kutch home are colourful and vibrant, embellished with traditional handicraft.

Overnight stay at Bhuj Hotel.

Day 05 Bhuj-Gondal
Morning proceed by road to Gondal via Dhamadka.

Gondal is a picturesque town with plenty of gracious architecture, wide tree lined roads and European lamp-posts.

Arrive and stay at the Hotel.

The oldest palace in gondal, the 17th century Naulakha palace is a festival of stone carvings with exquisite jarokha Balconies, a fabulous pillared courtyard, delicately carved arches and a unique spiral staircase. The private palace museum has as impressive display of silver caskets which carried messages and gifts of maharajah Bhagwat sinhji.

Day 06 Gondal-Palitana-Bhavnagar
Morning proceed to Palitana-City of JAIN TEMPLES and India's most Picturesque Pilgrimage Centre. A flight of steps leads to a cluster of 863 ivory coloured-hill top temples built over an impressive span of nine hundred years.

Proceed onto Bhavnagar.

Arrive and check-in at Hotel for overnight stay.

Takhteshwar Temple, GujaratDay 07 Bhavnagar-Ahemdabad
Morning brief city tour including visit to the central salt Marine research Institute, Takhteshwar Temple and Gandhi Smriti and proceed onto Ahmedabad. Enroute visit Lothal-which was discovered in 1954, the largest and only Harappan town in India. 'Lothal' in Gujarati means 'dead' and Lothal implies that a lot of dead people were buried here-like its counterpart in Sind, Mohanjodaro -which in the Sindhi language also means ' The Mound of the Dead'.

Arrive and stay at Hotel for overnight stay

Day 08 Ahmedabad
Morning half day city tour visiting the Sabarmati Ahsram founded by Mahatma Gandhi in 1915, as Satyagraha Ashram, Shreyas Folk Museum, Sidi Sayyid's Mosque and Hatheesingh Temple.

Day 09 Ahmedabad-Modhera-Ahmedabad
Full day visit to MODHERA where famous Sun temple claims its place among India's most significant monuments and it is one of the few sun temples in existence. Visit PATAN famous for its special 'Patola' Silk Sarees and seven storey RaniVav stepwell which has delicately carved romantic sculpture.

Day 10 Ahmedabad-Delhi
Morning transfer to airport to leave for Delhi.

Arrive and transfer to Hotel.

Afternoon half day city tour of Old Delhi visiting Raj Ghat - The Mausoleum of Mahatma Gandhi. Jama Masjid - the biggest Mosque in India and drive past Red Fort and tricycle tour of Chandini Chowk.
Overnight at Hotel.

Day 11 Delhi
Morning half day city tour of New Delhi Drive past President House, Parliament House (House of Representatives) and India Gate - War Memorial (stop for photography), Qutab Minar - 72.55 meters, high Victory Tower, onto Bahai Temple (lotus temple) Humayun's Tomb- built of red sandstone and is a first substantial example of the Mughal architecture, Laxmi Narayan Temple - a modern Hindu temple built by the Birlas, leading Indian industrialists.

Evening witness Son-et-Lumiere.

Overnight at Hotel.

Taj Mahal, AgraDay 12 Delhi-Agra
Morning leave for Agra-THE CITY OF TAJ by India's Superfast train, Shatabdi Express.

Arrive and transfer to Hotel.

Afternoon half day city tour visiting the world famous TAJ MAHALbuilt by Mughal Emperor Shah Jehan in the year 1652 as a memorial for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. It took 22 years to create this jewel. Agra Fort - four successive rulers helped create this massive fort. Tomb of Itmad-ud-daullah- built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father.

Overnight stay at hotel

Day 13 Agra- Delhi
Morning half day tour of Fatehpur Sikri, once the capital of Mughal Empire. Its fortifications and palaces are still in a wonderful state of preservation.

Evening transfer to railway station to leave by Shatabadi Express. Dinner on board. Upon arrival at Delhi, transfer to Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 14 Delhi
Arrive and transfer to Hotel.

Transfer to Indira Gandhi International Airport to fly back home/onward destination.
