Day 01 Kolkata
Arrive at Kolkata popularly known as THE CITY OF JOY and transfer to Hotel.
Day 02 Kolkata
Kolkata, capital of West Bengal is the nerve centre of intellectual and human values where many modern movements began in literature, art, cinema, theatre, science, politics and industry.Full day city tour visiting Howrah Bridge major - landmark of the city of joy. This hanging bridge is an architectural marvel of the country. The recently built Vidyasagar Setu, another architectural marvel, connects both the banks of the Hooghly River. Move onto Victoria Memorial built of White Marble. It was opened by Prince of Wales in 1924 and has a statue of Queen Victoria, with other innumerous exhibits. Visit the Indian Museum and drive past Dalhousie Square, St. Paul's Cathedral, National Library, Shaheed Minar, Eden Garden, Fort William and city centre.Optional visit to Mother Teresa's home of Charity.Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03 Dibrugarh - Pasighat
Morning leave by air for Dibrugarh. Arrive and transfer from airport to catch the ferry and then drive to Pasighat. Overnight at Pasighat.
Day 04 Pasighat - Along
Drive to Along (100 km, 5hrs drive). Along is the headquarter of West Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh located at an altitude of 300m. Habitat of Adi (Gallong) tribes.Overnight at Along.
Day 05 Along
Full day explore Adi (Gallong) tribal villages.Overnight at Along.
Day 06 Along - Daporijo
Drive to Daporijo (160km 8hrs) the headquarter of the Upper Subansiri district of Arunachal Pradesh located at an altitude of 600m is an inhabitant of Tagin and Gallong tribes.Overnight at Daporijo.
Day 07 Daporijo
Full day visit Tagin tribal villages.Overnight at Daporijo.
Day 08 Daporijo - Ziro
Ziro (160km 8hrs) the headquarter of Lower Subansiri district of Arunachal Pradesh located at an altitude of 1560m, is a plateau surrounded by Apatani tribal villages, Dibbo- Hija-Bulla-Hari and Hong village. Hong village is considered to be the second biggest and most organized tribal village in Asia. The uniqueness of Apatani tribe is tatooting women faces and nose plugs, which you will find different from the other tribes.Overnight at Ziro.
Day 09 Ziro
Full day at Apatani tribal villages of Bamin-Hija-Dutta Bulla and Hong, visit Museum and emporium.Overnight at Ziro.
Day 10 Ziro - Itanagar
Drive to Itanagar (150km 5hrs) the capital city of Arunachal Pradesh.Itanagar has extremely interesting museum known as Jawaharlal Nehru Museum, time spent here can really acquaint you with the culture and tradition of this region. Various types of dwellings of differnet tribes made out of cane and bamboo with other functional tools and handicraft items are displayed here. Overnight at Itanagar.
Day 11 Itanagar
Full day visit Nishi Tribal villages.Overnight at Itanagar.
Day 12 Itanagar - Tezpur
Drive to Tezpur (216km 6hrs).Evening free to stroll on the local Bazar.Overnight at Tezpur.
Day 13 Tezpur-Guwahati
Drive to Guwahati to connect flight for Kolkata.Arrive and transfer to international airport to fly back home\onward destination
